Three ways to identify a part
Tell us what broke.
You do not need the part number. A photo and the series is usually enough for us to identify it — we stock the wear parts in Glasgow, Kentucky.
- 1. You know the part number. Quickest route — search it in the parts catalog and add it to your quote list.
- 2. You know the series. Filter the catalog by series and match the drawing. Every part shows its isometric view and dimensioned drawing.
- 3. You have neither. Send a photo with whatever you know — the machine, roughly where it sits on the line, and what it does. We will identify it.
