Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it. In plain English.

Who we are
CarrylineUSA is a division of Innovative Manufacturing Services, Inc. (IMS), Glasgow, Kentucky. We are the Master Distributor of CarrylineUSA conveyors in North America. Contact: sales@carrylineusa.com, 270-629-4674.
What we collect
Only what you give us, and only through our forms:
- Your name, work email, phone number and company
- What you are enquiring about — the topic, project details, and any part number you were looking at
- Which CAD or catalog files you asked us for
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking on this site. Our website and CRM platform sets the cookies needed to operate the site and to associate an enquiry with the person who sent it.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, send the documentation you asked for, and support equipment we have supplied. If you asked about a specific part or series, we keep that with your record so the next conversation does not start from nothing.
Text messages
We only send text messages if you ticked the consent box on a form. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consenting to notifications is not a condition of any purchase.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with:
- Our platform provider, which hosts this site and our CRM
- A distributor partner — if your project is outside South Central Kentucky, it may be handled locally by Aloi, AEC, Storcan or Bastian Solutions, and we pass on what they need to help you
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards where we need it for warranty, service history or legal reasons. Conveyor systems last decades, and service records matter years after the sale.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — email sales@carrylineusa.com. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and from texts by replying STOP.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
