Since 1963 CarryLine AB — the inventor of the plastic side-flexing chain conveyor — has been providing equipment and systems worldwide. CarryLine's modular equipment is ideal for horizontal and vertical light to medium weight product handling.
The system
A conveyor system normally consists of a drive unit, curves, leg supports, conveyor beams and transfers. The components combine in many different ways to meet your material handling path while optimizing floor space.
CarryLine's standard conveyor system is available in six different widths and is made in anodized aluminum or stainless steel. The system can be modified as your production needs change.
Because the range is modular, the curve radius, bed, tangent, drive and idler lengths are all variables rather than constraints. That is what lets us fit a line into the space you actually have.

CarryLine USA designed a top of the line, first of its kind double helix spiral conveyor. CarryLine USA allowed me to collaborate with the design closely and was responsive to my feedback, unlike other companies I've worked with in the past. The spiral conveyor has been in continuous operation for over 2 years now and we still haven't had an issue, which I think speaks for itself.
I've been more than pleased with our CarryLine conveyor. They provided us with a cost competitive solution for pallet transfer in a difficult line layout. The system was also very easy to retrofit when our layout changed earlier this year. I highly recommend CarryLine conveyor and will continue to look for opportunities to use them in the future.
